William Herbert Jones, 74, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at his home in Hertford, NC.
William was born in WIlson, NC on May 3, 1952 and was the son of the late Herbert Hoover Jones and Betty Lou Skinner Reskin.
William is preceded in death by his step father, Bob Ruskin; and siblings, Joann Nickols and Alan Jones.
William is survived by his long time significant other, Karen Parsons; children, Donnie Jones (Corey A. Jones) and Amanda Jones (Damon Pertgen); step children, Crystal Parsons Stevenson (Jason Stevenson) and Nick Parsons; sister, Lyna Moye; grandchildren, Hunter Jones (Aaron Taylor), Kenlee Jones, Kaylee Smithson, and Tyler Smithson; and great grandchildren, Weston, Reagan, and Paisley.
No services will be held for William. Friends are invited to the home of Donnie and Corey Jones 836 Simpson Ditch Rd., Elizabeth City NC, 27909.
