Wayne Everett Goodman

 Wayne Everett Goodman, of 416 Captains Cove, Unit C, died Saturday, November 16, 2024, on his 80th birthday.

 Mr. Goodman was born in Tampa, Florida and was the son of the late John and Gertrude Alice Addison Goodman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death in August of last year by his wife, Sandra Dupree Goodman, and by a daughter, Marie Eileen Goodman.

 A retired electrician with Budweiser Corp., he had served in the United States Navy, and since moving to Edenton last year had begun attending St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.

 Surviving is his daughter, Christie Goodman Britt (husband, Adam) of Edenton, and two granddaughters, Ellisen Gray Britt and Reed Sydney Britt.

 A memorial service with burial in the Kanapaha Cemetery in Gainesville, Florida is being planned and those arrangements will be updated to this obituary when complete.
