Timothy David Layton

Timothy David Layton, 59, passed away June 3, 2026 in Elizabeth City, NC.

Tim was born in Seattle, Washington on June 13, 1966 and was the son of Donald Ray Layton and the late Janet Stallings Crosland.

Along with his mother Tim was preceded in death by his siblings, Rita Dawn Layton, Donna Faye Gaskins, and Thomas Shannon White; and his nephews, Justin Lamb and Josh Rae.

Tim is survived by his aunt, Karen Harris, and nephew T.J. White.

Tim loved anything classic cars or trucks, he was a mechanic by trade and enjoyed doing body work on old classic cars and trucks.
