Stephen Carlton Dail

   Stephen Carlton Dail, 90, of 603 South Church Street, Hertford, NC, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2023 in Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

   Mr. Dail was born in Currituck County on March 7, 1933 and was the son of the late Stephen Richard and Jurdye Lee Parker Dail. A retired plumber, he attended Hertford Baptist Church. He was a Navy veteran.

   Surviving is his wife of 62 years, Jean Whichard Dail; and other family members and friends.

   A memorial service will be held at a later date.
