Sean Patrick Grayson

   Sean Patrick Grayson, 57, of Belvidere, NC, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024.

   Born in Los Angeles, CA on March 29, 1966, Sean was the son of the late James and Margie Grayson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, John Grayson.

   A highly decorated veteran, he proudly served as a sailor and member of the SEALs in the US Navy, and later served in the Coast Guard Auxiliary. He retired as a trauma nurse having always had a passion for helping and caring for the needs of others. A motorcycle enthusiast, he enjoyed time spent with friends and riding with the Road Reapers MC of Virginia.

   Surviving is his wife of 14 years, Dawn Grayson; a daughter, Annette Zasadzinski (Devin); six sons, Bradley Grayson, James Grayson (Hannah), Sean Patrick Grayson (Isabel), Elijah Grayson (Sabel), Elisha Grayson, and Joshua Bock; a brother, Dennis Grayson (Natasha); five grandchildren; three nieces and a nephew; and many adopted children and grandchildren.

   A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, March 9, at noon, at Calvary Church, 4832 Haygood Road, Virginia Beach, VA, and will be conducted by Duncan Rutherford.
