Robin Ann McAtee

   Robin Ann McAtee, 63, of 313 Coral Lane, Edenton, NC, died Tuesday, August 22, 2023 in ECU Inpatient Hospice, Greenville.

   Robin was born in Charleston, SC on October 30, 1959 and was the daughter of the late Donald Eugene and Bernice Yeager McAtee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Vicki Eugena McAtee; and by a niece, Amber Michelle Aldridge.

   Employed for several years in seed germination at Leary Plant Farm, she had been a member of the former Albemarle Baptist Church.

   Surviving are two sons, Joshua Adam Herman (Chiara) and Jeremy Cain Herman (Kelly); two sisters, Colleen Marie Anderson and Erin McAtee Defenbaugh; a brother, Michael John McAtee; and a grandson, Judah Cain Herman. Also surviving are nieces, Melody Noel Gorman and Chrissie Drake; and nephews, Ethan Hall Defenbaugh and Eddie Gorman.

   A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 27th at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, 735 Virginia Road, Edenton, and will be conducted by Pastor Troy Holland. Friends are invited to visit with the family in the funeral home immediately following the service.
