Randolph Bustamante, III

   Randolph Bustamante, III, 68, of Rivers Retreat Way, Elizabeth City, NC, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019 in his home.

   Mr. Bustamante was born in Norfolk, VA on June 1, 1951, and was the son of the late Randolph, Jr. and Mary Elizabeth Lancaster Bustamante.

   Surviving are his four brothers, Eric Ewell, and Thomas, James, and Bobby Bustamante; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
