Patty was born in Greensboro, NC on March 5, 1943, and was the daughter of the late Norman and Dora Smith. The retired Director of Chowan County Emergency Medical Services, she will be remembered by many for her love of gardening and growing flowers, and for never missing the opportunity to enjoy her music and friends at David’s Red Barn.
