Norma Barnes Voliva

   Norma Earlene Barnes Voliva, 83, of 7454 NC 94 North, died Monday, February 21, 2022 in her home.

   Mrs. Voliva was born in Washington County on October 14, 1938, and was the daughter of the late Wilton Earl and Lillie Mae Patrick Barnes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wayne Voliva; two sisters, Grace Simone and Betty Sue Tew; and by a brother, Charles Barnes.

   Many will remember Mrs. Voliva for her years of selling Home Interior Décor, Stanley Home Products, Mary Kay Cosmetics, and operating a fish market. Customer service and relationships were important to her. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Columbia

   Surviving are two daughters, Judy Roughton (Benjamin) of Asheboro and Sandra Swain (Chester) of Columbia; a sister, Kay Oliver; a brother, James Barnes; three grandchildren, Hunter, Crystal and Ashtin; and seven great-grandchildren.

   A memorial service will be held Monday, February 28^th, at 2:00 p.m. in Faith Baptist Church.
