Michael Fernando Robertson, 50, of Hertford, NC passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 11, 2026.

Born on February 2, 1976, Michael was the husband of Robin Blue Robertson and the son of the late Millard Fernando “Buddy” Robertson and Laura Taylor Leeman, who survives. Michael proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for six years.

Survivors include his wife, Robin; mother, Laura; children, Antonio Robertson, Carlos Robertson, Sasha Huff, and Allegra Huff; Grandchildren, Alexis Robertson, Drake Robertson, Audrey Huff, Maddison Rae, Braiden Alsman, Leland Huff, Maverick Vandeventer, Ethan Hart, and Evee Greenier; sisters, Carla Leary and Crystal Wilson; brother, Jason Robertson; and mother-in-law, Elizabeth “Pete” Blue.

In addition to his father, Michael was preceded in death by two brothers, Tony Martin Robertson, Sr. and Clay Fernando Robertson; and father-in-law, Robert Blue.

A memorial service celebrating Michael’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at the Miller & Van Essendelft Funeral Home Chapel, Hertford, NC.
