Melissa Jean Nash, 50, of Plymouth, NC, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 27, 2026.

Melissa was born on January 20, 1976 in Washington, NC and was the daughter of Clyde Sexton, Jr. and Linda Nash Sexton of Plymouth, NC.

Survivors include her parents, Clyde and Linda Sexton; two brothers, Clyde Sexton, III and wife, Lindsey, and Michael Sexton; and numerous beloved cousins and extended family.

Private services will be held by the family at a later date.
