Kimberly Clifton Elliott

   Kimberly Ann Clifton Elliott, 61, of 135 Billy's Beach Road, Hertford, NC, died Sunday, November 21, 2021 in her home.

   Kim was born on November 3, 1960 in Tacoma, Washington. Retired from the US Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City where she specialized in computer technical support, in earlier years she worked in the family business, Clifton & Clifton Monuments. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.

   She was preceded in death by her mother, Sheila Payne Clifton.

   Surviving is her husband of 38 years, John Ambrose Elliott, Jr., and their children, Callie Elliott of Richmond, VA and Josh Elliott of Raleigh; her father, Jollish Clifton, and her sister, Kathy Givens (husband, Scott), all of Elizabeth City.

   With the resurgence of the Covid Virus in the area, no service is planned at this time.

   The family asks that flowers be omitted, and for those who wish to remember Kim, do so by making a contribution to The Jim "Catfish" Hunter ALS Foundation, P.O. Box 47, Hertford, NC 27944. John expresses his deep appreciation to the foundation, to Tommy and Sherry Harrell, and to Helen Hunter, for the care, concern, and all acts of support rendered to he and Kim as she battled ALS.
