Kerry Kim Reynolds

Kerry Kim Reynolds, born January 13, 1950 in Franklin, PA was the son of the late James F. and Armetha Boyd Reynolds.

Kerry is survived by his wife, Nancy Burgess Matthews Reynolds; his son, Thomas; grandson, Robert; and three great grandchildren. He also had many nieces and nephews.

Kerry was from a large family of twelve, he leaves his sister, Laura Lou Rinker and her husband Carl; his two brothers, Keith and his wife Dawn, and Donald (Pety). He will be joining his brothers, James (Buzz), Robert, Rickard, and sisters, Gloria, Mary, Peggy Sue, Judyann, and Faith.

He joined the Army in 1975 and was stationed in Germany and then Fort Polk, LA. He also worked as a truck driver and in T.V repair, and was awesome with computers. His greatest love was music, his father was a minister and all of the children played an instrument and played at various churches as well as a radio program on Sundays. He played guitar with his brother Buzz in a band for years. He taught himself how to play steel guitar and put videos up on Youtube. When Kerry and Nancy moved to Edenton four years ago he wanted to get together with other musicians and just jam.

Two years ago Kerry and Nancy found group that played in the Chowan Senior Center, he loved it. They are a wonderful group of people. Kerry loved to fish at segula’s and camp in his R.V. there. Kerry and Nancy bought a pontoon boat two years ago and loved being on the Chowan River, just being on the river or fishing with his best friend Willie.

He was loved by many and will be missed.
