David Lee Ramey

David Lee Ramey, 63, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 24, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

David was born on July 22, 1963, in the small town of Welch, West Virginia. He was the beloved son of Lois Brown Ramey and the late Vernon Ramey.

David is survived by his devoted wife, Dellia Michelle Whitt Ramey, he was a proud and loving father to his children: Delicate Pugh, Natasha Owens Kennedy, David Ramey Jr., Curtis Ramey, Timothy Owens (Joyce), and Jeffery Holt. His legacy of love and wisdom will live on through his family, including his eleven cherished grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He is also survived by his mother, Lois Brown Ramey, and his siblings: sisters, Debbie, Margie, Lois, and Lisa, and brothers Vernon, Mike, and Ronnie. David also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family, all of whom held a special place in his heart.

David's memory will be kept alive through joyful stories shared by his family and friends. As we gather to honor his life and legacy, we are reminded of the love and laughter he brought to every moment.
