Helen Schubert

Helen Schubert, 75, of 103 Oak Ridge Drive, Edenton, NC, died Wednesday, October 23, 2013 in Vidant Chowan Hospital, Edenton. Mrs. Schubert was born in Queens, NY and was the daughter of the late Edward and Catherine Corkery Zoller. A Catholic by faith, she had been employed as a public school teacher and also in the financial industry. Surviving are her husband, Richard Schubert, Jr.; her son, Ronald Edward Schubert and wife Elizabeth of Virginia Beach, VA; and a granddaughter, Sydney Schubert. A private funeral service will be held in Saint John Cemetery, Middle Village, NY with Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, 735 Virginia Road, Edenton, assisting the family with arrangements.
