Julia Tribou Nixon

Julia Jane Tribou Nixon, 66, of 603 Bandon Road, Edenton, NC, died Monday, October 12, 2015 in Vidant Chowan Hospital. Mrs. Nixon was born in Wake County, NC on March 7, 1949, and was the daughter of the late Henry Russell and Isabella Partin Tribou. Formerly employed with the Chowan County Dept. of Social Services, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Nixon. Surviving are her son, Edward Jordan, Jr. and wife Cheryl of Edenton; a sister, Jean Tribou Spivey of Hobbsville; a brother, Harry Russell Tribou of Prince George, VA; and two grandchildren, Bryan Evans and Marybeth Jordan.
